I understand that life can feel uncertain and overwhelming when seeking support. With years of experience working with adults who have struggled with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, it is my goal to create a positive experience and safe connection so you will feel open to the process of therapeutic treatment and willing to discuss your concerns.
My Approach:
When I decide to connect with a new client, I consider each individual's unique experiences and past treatments. I work with the client to ensure the treatment is tailored to their specific needs using a variety of empirically validated, trauma-informed, neuro-cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based techniques. I also enjoy studying techniques and concepts that are on the cutting edge in our field along with those being developed in adjacent areas of study. I am dedicated to the continual pursuit of knowledge and development of personal awareness while curating the most effective treatment for my clients.
